Customer Satisfaction Management Training

Customer satisfaction is an extremely important aspect to any enterprise who want to success in this increasingly competitive environment. Service after sales is a product of the highly competitive market and the basis of brand. Our company has paid much attention to service system after sales and take the customer service as our purpose.
In order to enhance our sense of service we invited Director Zhang Yin from Zhuhai TB control institute to make a customer satisfaction management training for us. participates in this training including our president Sun, managers, marketing centers, R&D center, QC department and some staff of other departments.
18:30 The training began after the introdution of director Zhang. Master Zhang detailly analysised types of customers, customer demand, reasons why customers choose products or services, the content of customer satisfaction and how to improve customer satisfaction. Then under the guidance of director Zhang, our employees carried out a lively discussion with with direcor Zhang on the problems met in their work. This training was completed in a warm applause at 8:45.
Some staff changes their sense of customer service through this training. they thought that customer service is the matter of sales managers and technical engineers before and it was nothing to do with them. In reality, everyone in the company fulfil the customer service functions and purposes. Besides sales and technical support engineers, staff of our producting, finance, quality control departments are in the performance of customers service.
Director Zhang’s speech sublimates our concept of customers service and firm our concept of customer service. We paid great attention to staff training with the purpose "honesty, harmony, quality, efficiency" and hope to create an elite team by persistent internal and external training and provide better services for our customers.
